THE GAME RULES:
- Attend minimum 3 classes/week
(At least 1 BLACK)
- Attend weekly weigh-in meetings
- Follow The 2019 Challenge Meal Plan & nutritional requirements
- Carefully read the periodic Challenge ‘LEARN’ emails
- Commit to the maintenance plan following the main Challenge
- Join the group chat for The Challenge duration
- Bring your team attitude as this is a community Challenge
