What is ‘BBB’?

BARE’s 12 week beach-body guide, designed to give you that little bit of accountability and motivation, along with the support and tools to keep progressing.
Note: this is not a Challenge. If within the 12 weeks you have socials, travelling, work commitments, etc, no problem!.

WHAT DOES BBB COVER?

Ongoing training and lifestyle support in the form of:

  • Weekly weigh-ins

  • Community engagement and social support

  • Nutrition

  • Workshops in the weekly weigh-in meetings

  • Weekly checklists

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Attend one of the weekly weigh-in meetings,
These are 30 mins and will be scheduled before class.

When are the meetings?

Pick any of these weekly:

  • Sunday 5:30pm

  • Sunday 7:30pm

  • Tuesday 5:15pm

What if I miss a weigh-in meeting?

We will encourage you to attend every week, however as this is not Challenge, you won’t get chucked out.
And if it turns out you can’t keep it up, no biggie. You can join back later at any time.
