What is ‘BBB’?

BARE’s 12 week beach-body guide designed to give you extra support, and that little push from the Coaches and your ‘BARE fam’. We bring you into our community where together, we’ll train, eat well and build healthy habits.
Note: this is not a Challenge! If within the 12 weeks you have socials, travelling, work commitments, etc, no problem!

WHAT DOES BBB COVER?

Ongoing training and lifestyle support in the form of:

  • Being part of a support group

  • Weekly weigh-ins and workshops at BARE

  • Nutrition

  • Weekly checklists

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Attend a weigh-in workshop each week
These are 30 mins and will be scheduled before class.

When are the meetings?

Pick any of these weekly:

  • Sunday 5:30pm

  • Sunday 7:30pm

  • Tuesday 5:15pm

What if I miss a weigh-in meeting?

We will encourage you to attend every week, however as this is not Challenge, don’t worry if you miss a week! :)
And if it turns out you can’t keep it up, no biggie. You can join back later at any time.
