Arrive 15 mins before your class so that we can fully brief you on what to expect. Pre-order your post workout protein shake in order to aid fat burn and muscle recovery.


We ask for nothing but your own pace in class. Again, it’s not about being perfect.
Show us your can-do attitude, we'll take care of the rest. 
Hydration is key, bring along a bottle to fill up, or just buy one at the studio.
