Is it really 6 minutes?
That's a timed walk from central Downtown, and you watched it happen in the video. From most of Business Bay and the Downtown towers you're between 4 and 12 minutes on foot, door to door. Put us in Google Maps and check your own building.
How fit do I need to be to start?
Any level. Every class is scaled to whoever shows up, so runs become walks, barbells become dumbbells, and the coach adjusts everything to you. You move at your own pace. Nothing to prove.
I've never done strength training. Is that a problem?
It's the ideal starting point, no bad habits to unlearn. Your coach demonstrates every movement, sets your starting weights, and gives you an easier version of anything that's too much.
When are classes?
Morning, lunchtime and evening slots across the week, built around Business Bay working hours. You'll see the full live schedule the moment you book your pack.
What do I bring?
Trainers, water, and a towel. That's it. Arrive 10 minutes before your first class so your coach can say hello and get you set up.
What happens after my 3 classes?
Entirely up to you. There's no contract and no auto-enrolment into anything. If you love it, and most people do, you pick a class pack or membership that fits your week. If not, you owe us nothing further.
